Terms and Conditions
These Terms govern your use of casinoplusevent.com and of your Casino Plus account. By registering or playing you accept them. Please read them carefully.
1. About these Terms
casinoplusevent.com is a website of Casino Plus. The Casino Plus platform is operated by Stotsenberg Leisure Park and Hotel Corporation, doing business as Casino Plus. In its list of approved brand and domain names, the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) names the licensee of Casino Plus as Stotsenberg Leisure Park & Hotel Corporation and Frontier Capital Group Limited, and lists casinoplusevent.com as an additional URL of Casino Plus.
In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “Casino Plus” mean the operator of the Casino Plus platform; “you” means the registered player; and “Service” means this website, your account and the games offered through it.
2. Who may play
You may use the Service only if you:
- are at least 21 years old;
- are located in the Philippines and allowed by law to take part in gaming;
- are not a restricted person under section 3;
- have registered and verified an account in your own name.
3. Restricted persons
In line with PAGCOR rules, the following may not register, hold an account or play:
- public officials, including elective and appointive officials and employees, permanent or temporary, whether in the career or non-career service, whether or not they receive compensation;
- members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (Army, Navy and Air Force) and of the Philippine National Police;
- persons under twenty-one (21) years of age, and students of any school, college or university in the Philippines;
- PAGCOR officials and employees;
- gaming site operators and their employees;
- unregistered players and banned individuals;
- the spouse, common-law partner, children and parents of the persons in (a), (b) and (d);
- persons included in the National Database of Restricted Persons (NDRP);
- holders of a Gaming Employment License (GEL);
- persons registered as self-excluded or diagnosed with a compulsive gambling disorder;
- any other person barred under current PAGCOR rules.
By registering you confirm that none of these apply to you. If one applies later, you must stop playing and ask us to close your account. Accounts of restricted persons are closed, and we may withhold winnings where the law requires.
4. Your account
- You may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts may be closed.
- The information you give must be true, complete and kept up to date, including your name and date of birth exactly as on your ID.
- Your mobile number is verified with a one-time code and is used to log in.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and one-time codes secret. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
- Your account is personal. You may not sell, transfer or let anyone else use it.
5. Verification (eKYC)
We must verify your identity, age and eligibility. Electronic KYC (eKYC) includes a valid government-issued photo ID, a selfie with a liveness check and details such as your place of birth, nature of work and source of funds. You must complete eKYC within three (3) days from registration or before your first withdrawal. No complete eKYC, no withdrawal.
We may ask for further documents at any time, for example to meet anti-money-laundering obligations. If you do not provide them, we may limit or suspend your account until you do.
6. Deposits and withdrawals
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP), unless otherwise expressly stated.
The minimum and maximum transaction amounts, applicable processing fees, and estimated processing times for each supported payment method are displayed in the Wallet & Payments section before a transaction is submitted.
Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification, account security reviews, anti-fraud checks, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Additional verification may be required before funds are released. Where a withdrawal is delayed, the player may contact Customer Support to request information about its status.
Deposits and withdrawals must be made through payment methods authorized for use with the player’s account. Payments involving third parties may be rejected or subjected to additional verification in accordance with applicable rules.
In addition:
- You may use only the payment methods listed in the cashier and on our Wallet & Payments page, and only payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from, and withdrawals to, an account of another person are not accepted.
- The minimum first deposit is ₱500, in line with PAGCOR’s regulatory framework.
- Withdrawals are paid only to a verified account holder, after eKYC is complete. If your eKYC is not finished or we ask you for further documents (section 5), the withdrawal stays on hold until the check is complete; the time needed depends on how quickly the requested documents are provided.
- Online banking withdrawals may take up to five (5) business days.
- We may delay or refuse a transaction while we carry out checks required by law, or if we suspect fraud or misuse.
- Deposits are for playing. The Service is not a bank or savings account and no interest is paid on balances.
7. Refunds and transaction disputes
If a deposit is unsuccessful but funds have been deducted from the player’s payment account, the player should contact Customer Support and provide the relevant transaction reference.
Any duplicate, erroneous, or unauthorized transactions will be reviewed in accordance with applicable payment provider procedures and Philippine law.
Where a refund is justified, it will be processed through an available authorized payment channel, subject to applicable verification requirements.
Players may report disputed transactions through the official customer support channels. The operator will investigate such reports and communicate the outcome through the player’s registered contact details.
Chargebacks and payment reversals may result in a temporary account review where necessary to investigate the transaction. Players retain their applicable rights to dispute payment decisions.
How to report a transaction problem
- Contact us. Use the Contact & Complaints form with the subject “Complaint”, or write to support@casinoplusevent.com from the email address on your account.
- Include these details: your account ID; the date and time of the transaction; the amount; the payment method; the transaction reference from the cashier, your payment app or your bank; and a screenshot or statement showing that the money was deducted or credited. For a transaction you did not authorize, also tell us when you noticed it and whether you have reported it to your bank or e-wallet provider.
- Keep your reference number. The contact form gives you a reference number. Quote it in every follow-up. We may ask for additional documents, such as a valid ID, to confirm that the request comes from the account holder.
- Escalate if you disagree. If you do not accept the outcome, send a message with the subject “Complaint escalation”, quoting your reference number and explaining why. A senior member of the team who did not handle the first answer reviews the case again.
- Contact the regulator. If the matter is still not resolved, you may raise it with PAGCOR (player account issues: cmed.cfms2@pagcor.ph). You may also contact your bank or e-wallet provider about the payment itself.
8. Games and results
Each game has its own rules and paytable, shown inside the game. Those rules form part of these Terms. Results of slots and virtual games are produced by a random number generator; results of live games are produced at the live table.
If a game, stream or system malfunctions, affected bets and payouts are void and stakes may be returned. Where there is a disagreement about a result, our game and transaction records are used to settle it, subject to your right to complain under section 15.
9. Responsible gaming
We offer account controls such as deposit limits, session reminders and breaks, and we honour PAGCOR self-exclusion and family exclusion. Read our Responsible Gaming Policy and visit Responsible Gaming for help. The National Problem Gambling Helpline is available 24/7 at (02) 8248-9568.
10. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- give false information or use another person’s identity or payment account;
- open or use more than one account;
- collude with other players, use bots, scripts or software that gives an unfair advantage, or exploit errors;
- use the Service for money laundering or any other unlawful purpose;
- interfere with the website, its security or other players’ use of it.
11. Account closure and remaining funds
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms, if you are or become a restricted person, if verification cannot be completed, or if the law or PAGCOR requires it.
Players may request the closure of their accounts by contacting Customer Support at support@casinoplusevent.com.
Before final account closure, any remaining withdrawable balance will be reviewed and processed in accordance with applicable verification procedures, outstanding obligations, and legal requirements.
Where an account is suspended for security, compliance, or suspected fraudulent activity, the operator may temporarily restrict transactions to the extent reasonably necessary and legally permitted.
Players will be informed of the available procedures for resolving outstanding balances and disputing account-related decisions.
Account closure does not automatically remove records that the operator is legally required to retain. See “How long we keep it” in our Privacy Policy.
12. Inactive accounts
This section explains what happens if you stop using your account for a while.
| Topic | Rule |
|---|---|
| Inactivity period | These Terms do not set an inactivity period. Your account is not treated as inactive just because you have not logged in or played for some time. |
| Notifications | If an inactivity rule is introduced, it will be added to this section and you will be told by email or SMS to your registered contact details before it applies (see section 16). |
| Fees | These Terms do not provide for any inactivity or dormancy fee, so no such fee is charged to your balance. |
| Your balance | Your withdrawable balance stays in your account. You can withdraw it at any time under section 6, after any verification that applies. |
| Restoring access | Log in with your mobile number and password. If you cannot, contact Customer Support through the Contact & Complaints page. We may ask you to confirm your identity again before you deposit or withdraw. |
13. Intellectual property
The website, the Casino Plus name and logo, and the games and their content belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only to play through the Service.
14. Liability
We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for losses caused by your device, your internet connection or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law.
15. Complaints
If you are unhappy with the Service, contact us through the Contact & Complaints page, which sets out our complaint and escalation procedure. For payment problems, follow the steps in section 7. If your complaint is not resolved, you may raise it with PAGCOR.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms, for example to reflect changes in PAGCOR rules or in the Service. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell you before it applies; continuing to play after that means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the rules and regulations issued by PAGCOR.
