Casino Plus Terms state that online banking withdrawals may take up to five (5) business days.
- The minimum first deposit is ₱500, in line with PAGCOR's regulatory framework.
- Withdrawals are released only after electronic KYC (eKYC) is complete — no complete eKYC, no withdrawal.
- All transactions are in Philippine pesos (PHP). Use only payment accounts registered in your own name — payments involving third parties may be rejected or need extra verification.
- If a deposit fails but money left your payment account, or a withdrawal is delayed, contact support with the transaction reference. See Terms, sections 6 and 7.
